Exciting news at Health iPASS this week! Fifth Third Bank announced Wednesday, October 7, 2020 its strategic white-label partnership presenting our patient intake and check-in solution under the name Health Express.  Health Express enables healthcare practices to  reduce or eliminate patient A/R and bad debt. Fifth Third Bank will offer the unique patient A/R solution to its existing and prospective healthcare clients to help them collect more money, while offering a comprehensive set of tools such as touch-free virtual check in and payment assurance with card-on-file.

“This white label partnership with Fifth Third Bank represents a landmark moment for Health iPASS in regard to our strategic growth plan as a company,” remarked Rajesh Voddiraju, Founder and CEO of Health iPASS. “The continued support of Fifth Third Bank is instrumental not only to our success as an emerging financial solution, but also in the larger movement towards better healthcare price transparency, improved patient collections, and ultimately better healthcare outcomes.” And better health outcomes—that’s something we can all get behind!

We all know that 2020 has not been a fantastic year for most of us. Many healthcare providers have been feeling the pinch of fewer patient visits, staff cuts, and even office closures. That’s why this strategic partnership could not have come at a better time. Health Express powered by Health iPASS supports socially-distanced and safe check-ins in a user-friendly and intuitive format, and providers have been able to collect over 97% of patient-responsible residual balances.
